First, see and read The Submission Guidelines. Second, SUBMIT!! via e-mail:

YOUR SUBMISSION MUST INCLUDE: *Your Name* (whatever you blog as is fine - if your review is posted, we will cite you as contributing author for that post) *Your Blog's URL* (if posted, your blog will be linked in the post) *Your Review!* - and you must submit *From The E-Mail Your Public Profile Links To!* (for verification purposes). Be impartial. Go for quality. We will check your blog profile to make sure the e-mail matches, but most likely we will not be checking the content of your blog itself (except to make sure it's not some obvious commercial scam site). When it comes to evaluating the review, we are more concerned with the quality of the review itself than with accuracy. Commenters will be free to point out inconsistencies, of course.
